Im not very good at coming up with creative title or recipe names. But this is legit! I loooove this dressing and have been putting it on everything from riced cauliflower to decadent salads. I am addicted!!
But, before we get to the deliciousness, I wanted to let you know that I am going to be doing a cooking demo at Natural Grocers in Clackamas! I am so excited! I will let you know when the date is. A TON of people have been asking about a veggie cooking demo, so I am all too happy to announce this.
A most delicious and flavorful dressing that is perfect for any salad or veggie dish.
Prep Time: 2 min
- 3/4 cup avocado or extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup quality balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbs chopped garlic (I totally buy the pre-chopped kind in a jar)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1.2 tsp ground pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a blender (I use a Magic Bullet) and blend until smooth (10 seconds).
You can store on the counter for a couple of days, but if you refrigerate the oil will separate and harden slightly, so leave it out before you need it.
